Looks like Leonardo DiCaprio may rise from his icy crypt from the Atlantic and join the passengers in 2016 for the maiden voyage of Titanic II.
Australian billionaire Clive Palmer has endorsed the new luxury liner and has revealed blueprints of the vessel to be built in China over the next three years. Palmer stated in a press conference that the liner, once completed, will replicate the same voyage of the 1912 ship from Southampton, England, to New York City.
"The area [for] passengers will be authentic with the same design and facilities. But there will be modern things such as air conditioning and other features we are debating - such as internet on the ship," Palmer said in a Yahoo! article.
Palmer acknowledged the elephant in the room and said that he is "not too superstitious ... Anything will sink if you put a hole in it. I think it would be very cavalier to say it."
