SXSW is coming less than a month, and there are more than 2,000 acts, according to SXSW.
And Korean pop group by the name of f(x) is one. f(x) is a multi-national girl group with an electric sound and flashy imagery.
The ladies in f(x) are quite well known for their electronic sound in South Korea and surrounding Asian countries. The music video below has racked up almost 40,000,000 views.
According to SXSW,
The start of 2013 has already been fruitful for the female group seeing them already take home a Golden Disk Award and a Seoul Music Award for their album and song “Electric Shock.”
With their sound and image, I'm quite sure these ladies will do well in Austin, and it does help that they have two English speakers, Amber Liu and Krystal Jung (the younger sister of Girls' Generation member, Jessica Jung), who are both from California.
SXSW is March 8-17.
