Yes, it's a cheetah, but it is not a painting of a cheetah, but rather a hand that has been painted to look like a cheetah! The work comes from Italian artist Guido Daniele who uses hands as his canvas. His most popular series "Handimals" have been seen all over Tumblr.

The supper talented artist was named Animal Planet's Hero of the Year back in 2007, and now he's moved on to several different mediums. He has had the chance to work on new mediums such as body painting, in addition to honing his photography skills. Daniele has been creating breathtaking works of art since 1972, a single painting can take up to ten hours, and at his recent internet success has brought him international fame.
